Full Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Greenliving Pharma, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out!

Please note:

We only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

If you have received the wrong item or have simply changed your mind, please follow this returns process and purchase the correct item on a separate order.


Want to return something? No problem, if your item is in its original condition (unopened with any seals and shrink wrap intact) then all you need to do is:

  • Contact us on orders@greenlivingpharma.com
  • Tell us the details of your return including the product name, and quantity of the items you want to return to us and reason
  • Once your return application has been approved, we will send you a return address label. *You MUST use this label*
  • Send the items back to us at your own cost, and your items will be refunded.

If you have been sent the wrong item

  • Contact us on orders@greenlivingpharma.com
  • Include photographic evidence
  • We will send you the correct items and a pre-paid shipping box/envelope
  • Send the items back to us
  • We will let you know once your items have been received and when the correct items have been dispatched

When is a refund or return not possible?

If you return your items to us later than 14 days from receiving your order
If your items are opened (with no faults) or damaged from your personal use.
If the items you require are not available or are out of stock. We will update you when stock becomes available.

We advise you obtain proof of delivery when returning items to us as we are unable to refund
or exchange goods until we are in receipt of these.
